About the Position

Elevate Property Management, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our leasing operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth for our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day leasing functions, including prospect calls, scheduling showings, and ensuring all operations comply with company standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Create accountability and ownership among team members, communicate clear expectations, and provide timely performance feedback and coaching to ensure employees align with company values and business techniques.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Assume a proactive role in increasing the efficiency of leasing operations, ensuring procedures and processes meet business requirements, and creating a positive experience for prospects and residents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills, along with tuned interpersonal skills for an inclusive culture among the team.
  • Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor consistently.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
