Franchisee Business Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Planet Smoothie team in Ausin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role, with a strong background in customer service management. They will possess excellent leadership, motivational, and people skills, as well as good financial management skills and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire store operation
- Deliver exceptional guest services
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage and lead staff
- Hire new employees
- Terminate employees when necessary
- Training and evaluate staff performance
- Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Create and nurture a positive working environment
- Report directly to franchisee
