Job Overview We are looking for a skilled National Sales Director to join our team at TechOnPurpose. This role requires a strong leader who can assess and improve sales strategies, build a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth.

**Responsibilities:*** Build a sales team capable of consistently reaching targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Develop and maintain key metrics and sales KPI dashboards. Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain sales operations.
Qualifications $160,000 - $220,000 per year. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, 8+ years of sales leadership experience, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
