Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with nursing support, including patient care coordination and medical record management.
  • Act as a clinic facilitator, ensuring efficient clinic operations and patient flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
