About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Planner to join our team at SIXT USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track all shift activities, including vehicle cleaning, movement, and next-day vehicle needs.
  • Plan and dispatch the fleet to meet hourly, daily, and weekly forecast demand.
  • Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches in the area.
  • Ensure the effective processing of all types of car rental transactions.
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage the branch's inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
