Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Training and Development Manager to join our team at High Sierra Pools, Inc. in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct lifeguard training programs
  • Develop and implement training curricula for pool staff
  • Collaborate with pool operations teams to ensure effective training delivery
  • Travel internationally up to 2 months per year to conduct ARC training
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, physical education)
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Lifeguard Instructor or Pool Servicer
