Regional Sales Manager

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and expansion in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage sales teams to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
