Job Summary

High Sierra Pools, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and conducting lifeguard training programs, ensuring the highest level of water safety and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct lifeguard training programs for High Sierra Pools, Inc staff and external clients
  • Develop and implement training materials and resources to support lifeguard training
  • Collaborate with pool operations teams to ensure effective training delivery and evaluation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in lifeguard training and water safety
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, recreation, or a related field)
  • At least six months of experience as a Lifeguard Instructor or Pool Servicer
  • Ability to travel internationally up to two months per year for ARC training
