Basic Qualifications- Professional Degree (Bachelor's degree)
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience with a proven track record of executing the strategic vision
- Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience working within cross-cultural teams, leading projects/initiatives across a matrix organization, and driving toward consensus
- Strong communication skills
- Proven analytical / decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Degree (MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
- Experience presenting to executive leaders and a variety of internal and external audiences
- Experience leading and negotiating complex negotiations
- Results-oriented with a strong bias for action, even in ambiguous situations

Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
