The Regional Business Manager will lead the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics, participating in strategic business reviews with Reverse Logistics suppliers. Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics, participating in strategic business reviews with Reverse Logistics suppliers.
  2. Lead the sourcing and selection of one or more Reverse Logistics suppliers in alignment with the overarching Reverse Logistics strategy and within the Return Services framework.
  3. Oversee contract management, adherence to agreements, delivery performance, cost control, and social responsibility.
  4. Build collaborative, long-term relationships with a holistic business perspective, rather than focusing solely on individual products or suppliers.
  5. Develop and execute strategies to drive both immediate and long-term business impact.
About the Team

The Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics team spans the globe from China, UK, EU, and the US. The team leadership is composed of long-term Amazonians with deep knowledge and experience in the consumer electronics returns space and a passion for Amazon's peculiar ways.

Basic Qualifications
  • Professional Degree (Bachelor's degree)
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience with a proven track record of executing the strategic vision
  • Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience working within cross-cultural teams, leading projects/initiatives across a matrix organization, and driving toward consensus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven analytical / decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
  • Experience presenting to executive leaders and a variety of internal and external audiences
