Job Title: Regional Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Training and Development Manager to join our team at High Sierra Pools, Inc. in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct lifeguard training programs
  • Develop and implement training curricula for pool operations staff
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver ARC training
  • Recruit and train lifeguard instructors and pool service staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
  • At least six months of experience as a Lifeguard Instructor or Pool Servicer
  • Ability to travel internationally up to two months per year
