Regional Manager

Precoa is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to lead a high-performing team of funeral directors in Virginia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve success by providing personalized solutions that resonate with families.
With a focus on collaboration, you will partner with Field Management and our valued funeral home partners to ensure our shared mission is realized. You will develop your own leadership skills while tracking performance metrics, sharing insights with senior leadership, and continuously striving for team success.
We offer a competitive exempt salary based on experience, 18 days PTO, and a minimum of 6 weeks paid parental leave. You will also have access to health, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company match, and $25,000 AD&D Policy and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience. You should also have a Funeral Director License, current life insurance license, or ability to attain one, and 2-5 years of successful industry experience.
