  • Researching Housing Resources

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with local housing organizations.
  • Continuously identifying safe and affordable housing options for refugee clients.
  • Coordinating housing arrangements prior to client arrivals.
  • Conducting research on housing resources and market trends.
  • Networking with community housing stakeholders to foster strong partnerships.
  • Maintaining regular communication with community partners.
  • Educating partners about the refugee population and advocating for their needs.
  • Acting as the primary contact for housing entities on behalf of refugee clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with funding requirements and quality assurance standards through proper documentation.
  • Advocating for long-term housing stability for refugee clients.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business or social services, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience working with refugee communities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are required.
  • Willingness to use both personal and agency vehicles for job-related tasks.
