Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Front-of-House operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and delivering best-in-class hospitality
  • Model and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Evaluate online ordering and to-go metrics, and leverage opportunities to enhance the pick-up experience
  • Address and alleviate all guest concerns, develop solutions to improve future service
  • Schedule FOH team members to meet business needs and coordinate Local Store Marketing
  • Assist Managing Partner and Kitchen Manager with operation of the restaurant
  • Lead store opening/closing procedures
  • Drive compliance with safety, security, and sanitation standards
  • Communicate expectations clearly and have consistent follow-ups with team members
  • Lead and create initiatives to drive sales/profit and store performance
  • Drive a DAMN GOOD bar experience and develop the bar as a destination
Requirements
  • 2+ years of previous restaurant management experience
  • High-level understanding of training and development concepts
  • Ability to lead and foster teamwork
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification
  • Bilingual preferred
