Job Overview
At Rock House, we are dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.


We are currently in search of a qualified individual who possesses experience in evaluating client requirements, as well as designing and executing rehabilitation programs tailored for individuals with IDD (intellectual developmental disabilities).

This role will also oversee a group home, ensuring effective communication with residents, families, and staff to foster a nurturing and supportive home-like environment.

Additionally, this position will involve planning, monitoring, and documenting services provided. The coordinator will advocate for residents in medical situations and liaise with families, while also ensuring the upkeep of the facility.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise residential staff, including scheduling and managing employee relations.
  • Address complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with other supervisory personnel.

Qualifications:

This position requires a motivated and self-directed individual with strong communication and computer skills. A background of 1-2 years in a caregiving or related role with supervisory experience is preferred. A degree in a human services field is also desirable.
