Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome prospective residents, assess their needs and preferences, and present the community and available homes, highlighting the benefits of mobile home living.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of application information, tracking progress with third-party lenders and communicating results to applicants.
  • Maintain thorough records of all prospects, send follow-up communications, and express gratitude through thank-you notes.
  • Ensure that all homes for sale or rent are in optimal condition before showings.
  • Complete and submit lease documentation by established deadlines, coordinating with the corporate Lease Coordinator for approvals.
  • Communicate with residents through various channels, including letters and emails, and manage any violation notices.
  • Assist management with eviction processes as necessary.
  • Document all resident interactions and attempts to communicate in the management system.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay informed about customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies.

Community Engagement:

  • Participate in community events to promote home ownership and maintain strong resident relations.
  • Organize and manage reports, leases, and necessary paperwork efficiently.
  • Attend company meetings and complete required training sessions.
  • Maintain professional relationships with third-party contractors and vendors, addressing service issues promptly.
  • Accurately code invoices and submit them to the accounts payable department.
  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring timely follow-up with maintenance teams.

Compliance and Standards:

  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is essential.
  • Property management experience is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with manufactured housing is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
