- Ensure timely submission of application materials, maintaining accuracy and completeness; monitor application progress with third-party lenders and communicate results to applicants.
- Document all interactions with prospects, send follow-up communications, and express gratitude through thank-you notes.
- Ensure that all homes for sale or rent are in optimal condition and clearly identified prior to showings.
- Accurately complete and submit lease agreements by deadlines, coordinating with the corporate Lease Coordinator for necessary approvals.
- Communicate with residents through various channels, including letters and emails, and manage any violation notices as needed.
- Assist management with eviction processes and maintain thorough records of all resident communications.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, contributing ideas for property marketing and resident satisfaction improvements.
- Conduct regular property inspections, report maintenance needs, and participate in community events to promote home ownership and enhance resident relations.
- Organize and maintain all relevant documentation, including reports and leases, in an orderly manner.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.
- Background in property management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with manufactured housing is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
