We are seeking a *Registered Nurse Clinical Care Supervisor* to oversee, deliver, and coordinate nursing services in accordance with facility and regulatory standards while assessing the care requirements of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with residents, their representatives, and others to gather information pertinent to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment.
  • Gather all necessary data to complete MDS documentation and related forms.
  • Make suitable referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Facilitate and/or participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Supervise and engage in the comprehensive care of residents.
  • Manage clinical coordination, review laboratory results, and assist physicians during rounds.
  • Engage in the facility's Quality Assurance process to evaluate systems as directed.
Compensation Details:
  • $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
  • Hourly wage ranging from $37.15 to $41.65, commensurate with experience as an RN or LPN.
  • Including $0.85/hour MI pass-through pay.
