Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patients' physical and emotional needs, and developing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge, technologies, and best practices, applying this expertise to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where working.
- Active BLS certification and any other required credentials for the specialty area.
- Minimum of 18 months to two years of recent clinical experience in the ICU or critical care setting.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring excellent patient care.
