As a Parking Compliance Officer, your duties will include:
- Monitoring assigned areas on foot, using a golf cart, or in a vehicle to identify improperly parked vehicles
- Issuing citations for violations of parking regulations
- Providing prompt assistance to customers, processing payments, reporting incidents, and managing boot removals
- Conducting audits and vehicle counts at specified locations
- Exhibiting strong time management, report writing, and communication skills with all team members
- Overseeing the condition of equipment and alerting management to any malfunctions or repair needs
To excel as a Parking Compliance Officer, you should possess:
- Competence in using computers and mobile applications
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly during shifts
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the shift
- Capability to walk and stand for extended periods
