As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling all tasks along the entire HR lifecycle, including payroll preparation, personnel measures, and communication with employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement individual personnel measures, such as performance evaluations and training programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR support and guidance
- Continuously review and improve HR processes and internal workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience in human resources
- At least two years of professional experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in using common MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high empathy and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
