About the Job:

Experis is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Cambridge, MA. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional support to faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Faculty Support: Prepare documents for articles, cases, and presentations, including proofreading, formatting exhibits, and citations. Maintain course websites, produce seating charts, update class lists, etc.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedules appointments, and coordinates room and catering arrangements. Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and assess options based on cost, convenience, and faculty preferences.
  • Task and Document Management: Perform basic online research, obtain books and articles, and organize information. Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper files, ensuring version control with logical naming conventions.
  • Communication and Visitor Management: Respond to phone calls, voicemails, faxes, and emails in a timely manner. Order office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or better proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn Harvard systems.
  • Familiarity with financial experience, task management, and excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule and Location:

35 hours/week (M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM; unpaid one-hour lunch break). Hybrid Schedule: One remote day per week (day TBD in consultation with the manager).

Salary: Estimated salary range $45,000 - $57,000 per year, depending on experience.
