Strategic Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) team in a part- or full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week.
About the Role:This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can provide outstanding administrative support to the MIT team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform complex and diverse administrative tasks
- Provide high-level administrative support to the MIT team
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this position at MIT.
