Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Special Projects Associate to join our team at Harvard University. As a key member of the Dean's Office, you will be responsible for managing and implementing high-impact events, meetings, and community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and assess HGSE All-Staff meetings and community socials
  • Support the preparation of content, communications, and follow-up materials for Faculty of the Whole meetings
  • Lead and manage the HGSE 3D Dinner program, including communications, group assignments, and meal support
  • Serve as administrative lead for the AI in Education Workgroup, comprised of faculty and staff
  • Provide regular updates on task progress
  • Serve as Dean's Office representative for Orientation, Convocation, and Commencement
Requirements:
  • 5 years relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out responsibilities
