At TalentBurst, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to oversee the operations of our Adams House program in Cambridge, MA.

About the Role:

This is a high-profile position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless program execution, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage programs, projects, and events, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Create and implement administrative systems to optimize area of responsibility, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Serve as the main source of information, responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and plans, demonstrating attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Maintain a professional online presence, developing and updating web content, program materials, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of related experience in administration, preferably in an academic or similar setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on planning, prioritization, and tracking work.
  • Better proficiency in common office software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
