As a Senior Client Support Specialist within our Contact Center, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Supervisor. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining performance standards by coaching team members and providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily tasks and responsibilities are completed while meeting performance standards.

• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information for success.

• Foster team cohesion through effective goal setting and motivation techniques.

• Organize workflow and clarify duties and delegated tasks for team members.

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching as needed.

• Investigate and resolve escalated customer service issues.

• Develop strategies for delivering exceptional service to challenging customers.

• Facilitate communication across departments to improve workplace conditions.

• Perform additional job-related duties as required.

• Expected to complete 80% of tasks as a Customer Service Representative and 20% in administrative functions.
