Role Overview
As a Clinical Coordinator at the H.U.F. Center, you will be instrumental in supporting clients and formulating tailored service plans. Additionally, you will oversee the clinical activities of Case Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations for individuals
- Ensure documentation meets established standards
- Create personalized service plans
- Resolve authorization matters
