Job Description

Stamford Health is seeking a Temporary Full-Time HR Office Assistant to join the Human Resources Department.

This position is onsite Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week. To be considered, applicants must live in the Tri-State Area (CT, NY, NJ).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain files, including employee, contractor, applicant, licensure, I-9s, certifications, and requisitions, under the direction of the HR Office Coordinator and according to defined standards.
  • Assist with front desk coverage, phone calls, and directing visitors.
  • Support with mailing, printing, and copying as instructed.
  • Act as a backup to the Human Resources Support Partners as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least two years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the key HR practices as defined in the position summary.
