As a Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the primary contact for members regarding their account status and any escalations. You'll assist members in setting up new accounts, resolve account-related concerns, and provide general credit union information.
Our ideal candidate will have an associate degree and 1-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services. A notary license is required within 1 year of acceptance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs is a must.
We offer a competitive compensation range of $26.68/hr - $34.80/hr, plus benefits like a pension plan, 401k plan, and flexible paid time off. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to members
- Assist members in setting up new accounts
- Resolve account-related concerns
- Provide general credit union information
- Rotate to perform branch duties
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree required
