Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Nicklaus Children's Health System. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Provide training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Prepare and present administrative reports to management.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Supervisory experience and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
