We're seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our front desk team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Checking in classes and ensuring a smooth member experience
  • Outreach phone calls to engage with members and promote our services
  • Selling memberships and earning commission on sales
  • Cleaning and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
  • Engaging with members and teammates to foster a positive and supportive team culture

We're looking for someone with open availability, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. As a hybrid role, you may have the opportunity to work at both our N St Johns and World Golf Village studios.

Compensation: per hour
