We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will use their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests. While checking in, registering guests, the Front Desk Agent is a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
- Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
- Assist guests with sending and receiving faxes, packages and mail
- Help to resolve problems through recovery when things aren't quite right
- Commit to the equitable treatment of all associates and guests as well as equal access to opportunities and resources for all, at every level of the organization
- Value everyone's contribution to the team, and we will value your contribution as a key part of our success
- Look for ways to become an expert on the local area, being able to answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, and travel directions
- Fulfill all job responsibilities expected of Shuttle Driver and Concierge Attendant as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service is our top priority, consistently being awarded JD Powers Customer service awards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an outgoing and engaging personality
- Ability to pick up computer skills easily
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Flexibility with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
