Sales and Business Development Opportunity

CESNA is seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the automotive lighting industry.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $100,000-$140,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive lighting sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Travel regularly to meet with customers and partners, primarily in the Michigan area, but also occasionally in Canada and Mexico

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development in the automotive exterior lighting industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with industry trends and technologies
  • Fluency in English (Korean language skills a plus)
