Sales Account Executive

Aim Global Solutions has a Contract Placement opportunity for a Sales Account Executive with a Tier 1 Automotive supplier located in Troy, MI.
As a seasoned professional in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
This is a key role that requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in account management and sales. Our client is looking for an experienced individual who can step in the middle of a launch and support the team.
Key Highlights:
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year salary range.
- 6-month contract with opportunity to go direct.
- Troy, MI location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Manage accounts and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management in the automotive industry.
- Interior products and GM experience is a PLUS.
- Experience managing engineering changes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
