Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain clients, delivering customized solutions to meet their needs, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technology platforms to prospect, network, and communicate.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to enhance client financial well-being and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, sales, or relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and expanding client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
