KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates through online job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct thorough internet research to locate potential candidates, perform database searches, document findings, and monitor outcomes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms on a daily basis to manage recruitment processes.
  • Support the Senior Recruiter throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final placement.
  • Screen and qualify candidates via email or phone for various high-level roles.
  • Create and manage job advertisements effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Execute reference checks and background verifications as required.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a research capacity is necessary, with prior exposure to Human Resources, Data Entry, or Agency Recruiting being highly preferred.
  • Experience in roles such as Claims Adjustor, Insurance Customer Service Representative, or Inside Sales Executive is advantageous.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical.
  • A passion for conducting extensive online searches and a willingness to engage with candidates over the phone is required.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute is necessary.
  • Ability to analyze job descriptions and resumes to identify suitable matches for clients.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
