Position Overview

This role is part of our Corporate Human Resources division, focusing on full-cycle recruitment. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, and extend offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and utilize various sourcing methods.
  • Evaluate candidates for their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and partner with HR to assess candidates post-interview.
  • Prepare and negotiate competitive job offers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Utilize HR information systems to manage recruitment data and reporting.
  • Participate in recruitment events as necessary.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience in sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Internet.
