Milgard Manufacturing is on the lookout for dedicated Production Assembly Specialists to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to various assembly and production tasks for a leading manufacturer in the window industry.
This position is for the 2nd Shift, commencing at 5 PM, with potential mandatory overtime as needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure commitments related to On-Time Delivery, Damage Control, Units per Employee Hour, Safety, and Housekeeping are consistently met and enhanced.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Working in our facility necessitates prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling, along with hand dexterity and strength. You may be required to lift up to 75 pounds frequently. The work environment is a warehouse subject to typical temperature variations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in Assembly, Manufacturing, or Warehouse settings.
- Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to solve problems involving fractions and simple arithmetic.
- Capability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
