Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance requirements and customize solutions accordingly.

Incoming Inquiries: Handle incoming communications from clients, addressing questions and providing pertinent information.

Insurance Recommendations: Present personalized insurance options that cater to the client's specific needs.

Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain robust, enduring relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Ongoing Education: Stay updated on industry trends and developments to offer well-informed recommendations to clients.


Qualifications

Licensing: An active Property & Casualty License in Connecticut is advantageous. Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related sector is beneficial. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial. Client-Centric: A firm dedication to surpassing client expectations and delivering exceptional service. Adaptability: Ability to excel in an office environment and collaborate effectively with the team. Team Collaboration: A knack for teamwork, cooperation, and promoting a positive team atmosphere. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and contemporary communication tools is a plus.
