Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Recommendations: Offer personalized insurance plans that align with the client's unique requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Continuous Education: Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Possessing an active Property & Casualty License in Connecticut is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a benefit.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Client-Focused: A strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
