Job Summary
Fulton Financial Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Professional to join our team. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue and close new deals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of clients' businesses to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Credit Risk Management: Assess and manage credit risk for clients, ensuring that all lending decisions are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the commercial banking team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 9+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a proven track record of success in client relationship management and new business development.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
