We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at IRG Physical and Hand Therapy. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and records
  • Process and convert new referrals, collect time-of-service payments, and obtain insurance authorizations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
