Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at AdAdapted, a leading advertising technology company that specializes in increasing purchase intent by targeting the right consumers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take ownership of priority accounts and drive deal growth.

About the Opportunity

You will be working closely with our expanding Agency sales team to secure new business and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers across large holding companies and their internal business partners and agencies. Your expertise in digital media campaigns, particularly in the CPG sector, will be essential in building awareness and adoption of our unique mobile, in-app ad / insights Shopping List Marketing platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting client presentations to build awareness and adoption of our platform among digital / shopper agencies and agency eComm/Commerce Teams.
  • Leveraging your business development and sales skills to manage ongoing relationships with clients.
  • Prioritizing effort against key decision makers to drive deal growth and meeting/exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Maintaining current and accurate information updates in our CRM system.
  • Providing field-level input to the Marketing & Product Marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience selling digital media campaigns, including CPG experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota within media, ad-tech, & martech
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing
  • A current network of digital media Agencies & Contacts
  • Experience managing a sales and/or business development team preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
