Your Role

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional ad experiences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, building, and cultivating relationships with top-tier agencies on the East Coast, particularly IPG.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.">
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agency peers within Yieldmo, gaining a deep understanding of their unique goals, needs, and structures.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning, to ensure seamless client campaign execution.">
  • Build and manage a pipeline to achieve new business revenue goals, focusing on key IPG accounts.">
  • Provide ongoing training and product updates to clients as new features are added, highlighting Yieldmo's creative-first and premium supply solutions.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • ">
  • At least 3+ years of experience in programmatic and digital advertising.">
  • At least one year of sales or new business development experience.">
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.">
  • Established relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies within IPG.">
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following Exchange Mechanics via a SSP, Ad servers, and/or DSPs.">
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to travel for in-person meetings with clients and industry events.">
