About the Role
We're seeking a driven and motivated Luxury Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at The Selita Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding and growing existing business opportunities within our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. They will also possess strong listening skills and be able to uncover potential sales opportunities. Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly is a must. You will be working closely with other team members to provide an organized and efficient sales process.

Key Responsibilities include maintaining and growing existing business opportunities, using our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers, and gathering information from clients to qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will have a passion for selling and be in their element working with others, possessing great communication skills. An estimated salary for this role is $130,000 at plan earnings based on industry standards and location.
