Overview:
The Head of Strategic Client Partnerships is tasked with ensuring the effective management and success of the client engagement strategy. This position involves leading, developing, and collaborating with team leaders to achieve operational objectives and foster relationships with key client stakeholders. Focus areas include financial performance, team motivation, operational improvements, business growth, and client satisfaction. Furthermore, this role will enhance Randstad's offerings through strategic consulting, training initiatives, networking, and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct oversight of multiple client accounts and team leaders
  • Mentorship and leadership development for team leaders
  • Recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of team leaders
  • Assistance in building and nurturing leadership teams
  • Evaluation and design of processes during the launch of new client initiatives
  • Improvement of services for client organizations
  • Creation of performance metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Leadership of client steering committee meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Establishing relationships with key client representatives
  • Addressing concerns from clients and team managers
  • Management of performance and employee engagement strategies
  • Collaboration with resource managers to ensure profitability
Skills and Competencies Required:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the in-house creative sector
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Capability to analyze complex client business issues
  • Expertise in data analysis for ongoing enhancement
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google applications
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is essential
  • At least 10-15 years in an in-house creative environment, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Background in external agency work is advantageous
