Outbound Sales Representative

Position: Outbound Sales Representative at CABS Heating & Air Conditioning
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm, with occasional weekend shifts from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and possibly Sundays with prior notice.
Position Summary:
The Outbound Sales Representative at CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is dedicated to reconnecting with current clients and reaching out to potential customers to create new business avenues. This role is essential for nurturing client relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A competitive salary is offered based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Prioritize calls based on customer and operational requirements
- Maintain precise and current information in the customer database
- Utilize scripts to ensure quality interactions with clients
- Customer Database Engagement:
- Identify opportunities for upselling within the existing client base
- Execute outreach strategies to promote new offerings
- Prospective Client Outreach:
- Introduce services to potential clients while focusing on relationship development
- Sales Coordination and Appointment Setting:
- Organize appointments and oversee the sales pipeline
- Keep records of sales activities
- Enhancing Customer Relationships:
- Follow up with clients and tailor service offerings
- Address client inquiries and issues
- Product and Service Awareness:
- Stay updated on industry trends and the latest services
- Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications:
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
- Familiarity with the service area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Background in phone sales
- Familiarity with Service Titan software
