Business Development Manager

About Vets Hired, a company that prioritizes the hiring of veterans. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for performing Business to Business sales of IT services and quarterly reviews of current customers.
- You will build relationships centered on trust, open communication, and transparency.
- Assist clients by helping them build a plan to implement the best solutions for their business.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in individual sales and building relationships with C-Level executives.
- The ability to translate technology topics into 'business speak' to be understood by executives.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A coachable attitude and 100% commitment to becoming successful.
- Self-motivation, result-orientation, and determination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An outgoing, self-confident, and proactive personality with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT services sales.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
