Strategic Business Development Manager

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in business development, capture management, and proposal execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning high-value contracts and driving business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing capture strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing proposal teams. They will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop compelling proposals.
This role requires a high degree of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $148,850 - $269,075 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
