Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Vets Hired. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with C-Level executives in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of success in individual sales and account management within the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive base salary: $65,000 per year, plus uncapped commission earnings potential.
