Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Media Sales Representative to join our team at Townsquare Media. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored marketing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and networking, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding our client base.
  • Marketing Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, leveraging our proprietary data and analytics to drive results.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management, presenting marketing solutions and campaign results in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including advertising, social media, and data analysis.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital media industry, including advertising platforms, data analytics, and marketing technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
